Terms of Service

Ghost Construct provides private SaaS infrastructure, tenant-ready application foundations, authentication flows, billing workflows, and related operational tooling for organizations building digital products. You may use the platform only in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and these terms.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you submit is accurate and that your use of the platform matches the permissions and access rights granted to your account and organization.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities that occur under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, you must notify us promptly.

We may suspend or restrict access to accounts that are used in a way that threatens platform security, violates these terms, or creates legal or operational risk for Ghost Construct or other users.

If you create or administer an organization within Ghost Construct, you are responsible for the actions of users you invite into that organization and for making sure your use of the platform complies with your own contractual, privacy, and regulatory obligations.

Organizations are responsible for the content, data, workflows, and customer operations they run through the platform, including any notices, permissions, or consents required for those activities.

You may not use Ghost Construct to interfere with the platform, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, abuse billing or notification systems, or engage in unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful conduct.

You may not use the platform in a way that compromises tenant isolation, disrupts service availability, or creates material risk for shared platform infrastructure.

Some features of Ghost Construct may require paid plans, subscriptions, or usage-based charges. If pricing applies to your use, you agree to pay the fees associated with the selected plan or service.

We may update features, pricing, limits, plan structures, or supported workflows over time. When practical, material changes affecting active customers will be communicated through the platform, direct contact, or updated legal and product materials.

Ghost Construct and its underlying software, visual design, platform workflows, documentation, and related materials remain the property of Ghost Construct and its licensors, except for content and data you or your organization submit to the platform.

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the platform for your internal business purposes.

Ghost Construct is provided on an as-available and as-provided basis except to the extent otherwise stated in a separate written agreement. We do not promise that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every specific use case.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ghost Construct will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or data arising from your use of the platform.

You may stop using Ghost Construct at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these terms, create security or legal risk, or use the platform in a way that threatens service integrity.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including payment obligations, intellectual property protections, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-related terms, will continue after termination.
